I love building new brands and was excited to create the brand called Join for a new, hip digital talents agency, an agency specializing in HR for the digital era.
My experience has taught me that sometimes the best ideas hide behind the name itself. I started by taking the literal meaning of word Join and one of my first associations was the childhood game of connect the dots – to join, to connect, connect with new people, connect people to jobs and connect people to the agency.
When people search for a new job they sometimes feel uncomfortable, they feel insecure, they feel disconnected, so the visual direction for the brand was to be digital but also connect people with something secure, with their childhood, with something fun, warm and safe.
The possibilities for the brand’s visual identity are now endless!
